- Fill the form in ENTIRELY or it will not be accepted. One application is required per adult.
- Supply 100 points of identification-explained on page 3 of the application.
- A copy of the ‘general tenancy agreement’ terms and conditions are attached to this form for your reference.
If your application is unsuccessful:
If your application is unsuccessful we are not legally obliged to provide reasons why.
If your application is approved:
- You must make an appointment to come into our office and sign the tenancy agreement within 24 hours. ALL occupants must be present at this sign-up appointment. Please allow 30 minutes.
- Payment of the first 2 weeks rent is required to secure the property, it will only be held for 24 hours
without payment. - Payment of the bond (4-week rent) must be cleared funds in our account on or before the move in date, otherwise, the keys will not be given out. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Payment methods include direct debit, BPAY, money and bank cheques. Cash is not accepted.
