Samantha Hill

Samantha is a Licenced Real Estate Agent within our Project Marketing sales team, a specialist division dedicated to the sales and marketing of land, units and new homes.

Samantha’s success in her 15-year real estate career (13.5 years with Insite Realty) is due to her experience, versatility, professionalism and communication skills with both clients and customers. Her broad range of skills in all areas of the real estate industry includes project marketing, contract administration, office management, residential sales and property management.

Samantha is very experienced with off-the-plan projects, selling numerous development projects from small boutique land estates to large scale developments on the Sunshine Coast and in South East Queensland.

Samantha and her partner Bob are proud parents of their daughter Charlie Vae who was born August 2017. They enjoy camping, stand-up paddleboarding in all the stunning and various locations on the coast and are both passionate travellers, having explored over 25 Countries.  They are currently renovating their home in Maroochydore.

Samantha holds a Diploma of Business and Full Real Estate Licence.

She also has her First Aid Certificate and Construction Industry White Card.
